DUTIES of the HEAD WARRIOR

(1)   Maintain Security at all programs.

(2)   Maintain security for Mothers of the Roundhouse, Chief, Special Guest and Members.

(3)   Once we have a land base, he will be in charge of the Native Police Department, and in charge of the Indian Police officers on our lands.

(4)   Check and make sure that everyone obeys the laws of the Great Wampum of Peace, and the White Man’s laws.

(5)   He must attend all Board meetings, because he holds a seat on the Board of Directors, and by law must be there 98% of the times that Board Meetings are held.

(6)   The Head Warrior must set a standard to follow, in obeying the laws, being on time, and showing a standard by which the people should live and set a great standard for children to follow.

(7)   Always working on safety programs for children, and the yearly games.

(8)   Just use good common judgment, and show others what you would like them to show you.

(9)   Always try to diffuse a problem, so it will not grow out of hand.

(10) The Head Warrior must have a good standard, so that the warriors under him will not feel they are being pushed around, this does not mean not to tell them what and where to go to do their job, just tell them in a nice way.
