Operating System Restoration
System restoration means formatting your hard drive and re-install
Operating Systems. This is the highly recommended service at least once a
year. Just like an office, computer's files get scrambled all over the computer's
hard drive. Numerous software installations, general and power use also deteriorate
a computers performance. Hard Disk de fragmentation is *NOT* always the solution
and speed will not be restored to 100%.
Our Rate for full system restoration is $100.00 for
each service. The service included data backup.

Repair fees do not include parts.
*Inspection fee is included in repair cost; charged separately
only when no repair is authorized.
**Licensed software only.
All repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day labor and 90-day
parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer. UltraCom Computer Service
& Repair recommends regular data backup and assume no responsibility for
lost data.
Software Issues
UltraCom Computer Service & Repair can diagnose and fix some software issues for our standard charge ($30/hr). Please be advised that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance contracts.
Minimum Inspection Fee* $25
For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer will need to provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.

Computer Diagnostics, Repairs and Upgrades
I can quickly identify and repair most computer
problems. I can repair or replace defective components, troubleshoot configuration
problems, and detect and clean most viruses, daemons, ad ware, spy ware, and
trojans. I will come to your home and perform these services. If for some
reason we are unable to complete the service on-site,the system will be taken
to My facilities for advanced diagnostics and repairs. Often the purchase
of a new system is not necessary, a simple 
component
upgrade may be the solution. System memory, disk, upgrades can considerably
and cost-effectively increase performance when correctly matched to a systems
operating potential. Prior to an upgrade, I will thoroughly assess your systems
potential to ensure it will be utilized to its fullest extent and maximize
return on your investment.

Computer Setup & Configuration
I provide expert hardware installation including optimum configurations.
Whether it is a latest video card, modem or complete system I can recommend,
install and
configure it. Performance balanced to requirements, expandability, current
and future standards, features, and technology horizon should all play a role
when selecting hardware. It is not enough to just buy the latest, fastest
or least expensive component. I understand hardware systems and components
and how to reliably gain maximum integrated usage of them. My experience assures
you of quality hardware services to quickly address your systems needs.

Web site Design and Development
I will work with you to determine the best web site design to satisfy your vision and stay within your budget. Whether your web site requires 1 to 50 pages.
Web Server set up one time fee - $1000.00
This is if you want us to run your web site on are Server.
